Field Service Experience

Digital Field Services™ has been servicing the Insurance, Banking, Mortgage, Field Service Industries, and government agencies nationwide since 1997. Our mortgage field services operations are directed from Mobile, Alabama.

Digital Field Services™ is a woman owned Alabama Limited Liability Corporation, and is family owned and operated. Business operations and personnel are directed by Vickie Platt, the owner, who has over twenty years of experience in property and casualty insurance.

Mortgage inspections and field investigations are supervised by Terry Platt who has over twenty years law enforcement and field investigation experience.

We have performed over sixty thousand field asset services including field inspections or field investigations; mortgage inspections and everything from simple drive-bys to complex inspection services.

Digital Field Services™ contracts with independent contractors, inspectors and investigators nationwide. Law enforcement backgrounds enabled us to recruit a very capable group of field inspectors strong in the southeastern United States, particularly in Alabama, Florida and Mississippi. We call upon all of our metro, state and federal contacts.

Most of our independent contractors (field inspectors) have been with us five years or longer and have tremendous personal knowledge of their respective areas. Our inspectors and investigators know their areas and are professional and responsive to the needs of our clients.

Digital Field Services™ holds a monthly conference call with all field inspectors. We share newfound knowledge and discuss issues and problems relevant to all.

You will never spend time on the phone listening to long menu choices or have a long wait for an answer to a question after leaving a voice mail message. If you have any questions we are available.

Wherever you have a need, we will have an inspector or other contact in the area or have the resources to quickly put a qualified inspector or investigator in the field for you.

Our investigation services require much more area knowledge than that required for the average field service agency and our results prove it! Our years of experience and contact development has given us the unique experience of being called on by law enforcement agencies and others that "just can't find the place" !
