  This inspection provides the inspector's opinion of the approximate percentage
  of repairs completed based on the type and dollar amount of damage.
  
  For residential properties subject to hazard or casualty insurance claims or where repairs and/or rehabilitation work is being performed, we will contact the occupant within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of the order for an appointment to inspect the property.
  
  As directed by client and attempt to determine either (1) the extent of any damage to such property, or (2) the extent, nature, and quality of repairs made to such property, and interview the occupant identified by Client instruction to determine satisfaction with such repairs.
  
  The Inspection of all restoration work shall be according to the work scope as provided by Client to determine percentage of work completed, if any. If no scope of work is provided then the inspection will include statements by the contractor performing the rehabilitation work, the occupant, and the inspector performing the Insurance Loss Inspection.
  
  An executed waiver of lien by mortgagor or contractor may be obtained upon Client request.
