Initial Property Inspections

Initial Property Inspection services are performed by all of our field staff for occupancy verification per investor/insurer guidelines and/or client instruction. Initial Property Inspections include property description, exterior condition and description of any hazardous conditions.

Weekly / Monthly Property Inspections

When performing weekly or montly property inspections, Digital Field Services will, upon client instruction, send an inspector to the property to review and assess the exterior condition of the property, check for occupancy and report any hazardous conditions.
